Yi-King Casket
The Yi-King is an ancient Chinese system of divination based on a book (Book of Changes) consisting of 64 interrelated hexagrams along with commentaries attributed to Confucius. The hexagrams can be combined to give 11,520 situations, deployed in a manner analogical to astrology to make predictions.
This casket contains all the elements necessary for the consultation of the oracle: a book of explanations and interpretations by Master Yüan-Kuang, 3 chinese coins (sapeques), 50 bamboo sticks, a notepad, a pencil and an hexagrams board.
